By purchasing a product or service from Wild Kind, you are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

All content published on this website is the exclusive property of Wild Kind and/or its creators and is protected by international copyright laws. You are not permitted to republish, reproduce, duplicate or copy any material from this website. 

License Usage 
Wild Kind grants you a single non-transferable license to download for internal use.

You may not resell, redistribute or share the product with any third party for commercial benefit. Additionally you may not sublicense, to any person or entity, the right to distribute the software or license key.

Clause for Designers 
If you are a designer, you are not permitted to claim any design purchased from Wild Kind as your own. Additionally, you may not purchase a design from Wild Kind on behalf of your clients. Your clients must purchase the design themselves. If you purchase a Wild Kind template for your own website, or if you are customizing a template for a client that was originally created by Wild Kind, you must provide credit in the footer as follows:

Pricing + Payment Plans 
All prices published on our website are subject to change without notice. All payments must be received in full before acceptance of an order. You understand and agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or any third-party acting on your behalf. 

If you choose a payment plan, you are legally required to complete the plan in full. Failure to complete a payment plan will result in your template license being revoked. Additionally, Wild Kind reserves the right to seek legal action to recover any outstanding monies owed.

Refunds 
Due to the digital nature of the products, there are no refunds for any and all of the Wild Kind products or services.
